FlatDeck Link Terms of Service
These terms describe the boundary of an independent sourcing-information service for business buyers. Using the site or submitting an inquiry does not create a manufacturing, dealership, import, certification, agency, or guaranteed supply relationship.
1. Service role
FlatDeck Link may organize procurement requirements, identify candidate original manufacturers, request quotations, normalize response fields, and coordinate requests for drawings or documents. The buyer remains responsible for approving specifications, suppliers, contracts, payment terms, inspections, logistics, import arrangements, registration, and intended use.
2. Quotations and product information
Any quotation, specification, image, availability statement, estimated lead time, or document description is subject to confirmation for the exact configuration, quantity, destination, and transaction. Product-family materials are reference information and do not establish the rating or compliance status of an individual trailer.
3. No price or approval guarantee
Factory quotations may change with scope, currency, validity, raw materials, options, freight, and timing. FlatDeck Link does not guarantee the lowest price, any saving, inventory, delivery, supplier performance, FMVSS applicability, import acceptance, or registration. Qualified reviewers should evaluate destination requirements.
4. Buyer submissions
You confirm that the information submitted is accurate enough for sourcing discussion and that you may share it. Do not submit confidential designs, personal data, or restricted materials unless an appropriate channel and agreement have been established.
5. Comparison method
Responses should be compared on a consistent configuration, quantity, currency, Incoterm, destination, inspection, document, and delivery basis. A visible difference in headline price does not prove a lower landed procurement cost.
6. Limitation and changes
Site materials are general procurement guidance, not engineering, legal, tax, customs, or compliance advice. We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
Nothing on this site replaces a signed purchase contract, supplier due diligence, an engineering review, or destination-side professional advice. If a quotation conflicts with the approved requirement, the buyer should pause the comparison until the supplier explains the difference in writing.
