Capture cargo type, loading method, operating environment, road use, frequency, and any concentrated load. These inputs determine which structure and running-gear questions belong in the request.
FREE sourcing support for qualified business buyers, with eligible support of up to 3%. Eligibility applies to qualified business buyers and is confirmed after we review your product, quantity, destination, and sourcing requirements.

Our role in the buying process
We help business buyers convert operating needs into an RFQ, approach candidate original manufacturers, and compare responses without presenting ourselves as the factory, dealer, importer, or compliance authority.
The buyer approves duty, configuration, budget, supplier, and purchase terms.
FlatDeck Link structures the brief, organizes responses, and tracks clarification requests.
The selected supplier provides quotation, drawings, ratings, documents, and order-specific commitments.
A disciplined handoff
No unverified customer count, factory history, production volume, or certification is used as a shortcut for procurement confidence. The process relies on stated inputs and order-specific evidence.
Capture cargo type, loading method, operating environment, road use, frequency, and any concentrated load. These inputs determine which structure and running-gear questions belong in the request.
List deck dimensions, frame and floor preference, axle count and ratings, suspension, brakes, coupling, electrical interface, tie-downs, ramps, and requested options. Alternative proposals are labeled rather than substituted silently.
Identify quantity, configuration split, currency, Incoterm, target delivery window, inspection, packing, freight scope, and optional target budget. Quotes that omit a line item stay visibly incomplete.
Request the quoted specification, drawing, material statement, component schedule, labels, test or compliance documents, and shipment paperwork as applicable. Exact-model and destination relevance must be reviewed separately.
Supplier status and product claims are not assumed merely because a quotation was received.
Ask whether GVWR, axle ratings, tare weight, and payload assumptions match the exact frame, deck, axles, suspension, wheels, tires, brakes, and options. A product-family maximum is reference context, not unit evidence.
Company-level or series-level documents do not establish the acceptability of every configuration. Match document identifiers, model or drawing references, model year when relevant, and destination requirements.
Review tooling, customization, inspection, inland transport, freight, duties, destination services, warranty terms, and payment conditions. FlatDeck Link does not guarantee regulatory acceptance or contract performance.
Send the trailer duty, configuration, quantity, destination, and evidence needs. We will use those inputs to organize factory quote requests while your team retains approval of suppliers and terms.
